Big fizzy-creamy longlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, soda powder, minerals, grass, sorrel, butter, hay, oak, sour fruits. Taste is sour-ish dry, soda powder, unripe berries, citrus acid, sorrel, berry skin, oak, lemon juice, grass, mild vinegar. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Nice.
