bottle at Ft Wayne tasting courtesy of thedm and hotstuff - This honey wine has a pleasant honey and blueberry aroma. It tastes sweet with the blueberries apparent but not overpowering. That’s interesting that some raters didn’t think it was sweet at all. I thought quite differently. It finishes a little dry and is a quality mead. Enjoy.

Bottled, thanks fiulijn! Clear pale golden. Aroma of honey, peat and white pepper. Very sweet and intense, slightly viscous. Some orange and bourbon. Sugary finish with intense heat.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity and dry honey. Sweet, honey and slight herbal. Dry, herbal and caramelish flavoured. Dry and bitter far finish.
