Big thanks to blutt59 for providing this Nau-t-gal! Pours with a clear golden body and laser etched legs. Aroma is huge, a bit hot, bourbon and a bit butter. Caramel, hot, floral and decadent. A touch of smokey oak. Flavors are very sweet and very smooth. Huge caramel and honey florals. Bourbon, toasty, VERY SMOOTH. Viscous. Way too easy to drink, exceptionally well hidden alcohol.

bottle at Fort Wayne tasting courtesy of thedm and hotstuff - My notes say that this honey wine smells of cranberries and honey. Duh! The flavor is on the sweet side. To me it’s more of a semi-sweet than a semi-dry wine. The tart berries balance that out, but the two ingredients don’t seem to be blending together all that well. I found this one drinkable but rather underwhelming.

bottle at Ft Wayne tasting - Pours clear yellow and has a nice flowery honey aroma. The sweet honey flavor puts this one firmly in the dessert category. It’s not complex, but it’s enjoyable for what it is.
