Soft barley aroma, has muddy dark brown body with little foam. Flavour is bright spicy barley, sharp and fun. Mouthfeel is crisp but also a little thin. This is not expertly brewed but still very nice, especially for the low abv (listed at 3.8%).

Good lemony sour gose aroma, has a nice big foam on top of a light yellow body. Flavour is bright citrusy gose with a hint of grain, quite nice. Full mouthfeel. This is a decent gose, well made and very drinkable.

The aroma is a kind of nice wet malt, has okay copper body and soft foam. Flavour is chewy malt and honey, nice actually. Mouthfeel is full and there's a right amount of sweetness. This is simple but effective.

Very faint lemon on the nose, has weak clear orange body with little foam. Flavour is okay sourness with a lemon kick. Crisp carbonation. A little uninteresting and rather average.

Massive sagey herbs, fennel, layers of port sugars, thyme, citrus...lots of complexity. Juicy body, loads of citrus. Sweet-tart finish, nice herbal accent. The port finish rounds out the otherwise assertive character.

A hazed golden gruit with no head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with lactic acid, Epsom salts, ground cherries, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet tart mix of ground cherries, lactic acid, loads of Brett, lambic like, very nice. Bottle at OttBottShare Dec 2019.

Dark brown but not much head. Big vanilla, hazelnut, and rich chocolate. Rich body. Big coffee up front, tempered by a lot of sugars, vanilla, hazelnuts. Decadent dessert stout. Damn nice.

650 ml bottle. Pours black with moderate tan head. Aromas of chocolate, vanilla, and creamy soft roasted malts. Flavors follow same with lots of nice syrupy chocolate. Beer? I don't know. Really nice - yes!

On tap at Parallel 49, pours black with a small tan / light brown head. Aroma absolutely explodes with rich dark chocolate - like they melted a slightly sweetened dark chocolate bar in here - damn. Flavour does not disappoint, tasting like liquid dark chocolate, with gentle sweetness. Little roast or anything else to detract from the dark chocolate. I can't really detect any of the other adjuncts. I love this.
