Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity, banana, citrus notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, fruity, banana, caramel. (swing top bottle) Hazy, deep golden to amber colour with a big and slightly off-white foamy head. Bready and slightly juicy cara-malty aroma with notes of herbal and delicately resiny hops. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Bready caramel-malty taste with notes of grains and popcorn; sweet and mildly bitter hoppy finish with a caramelly and slightly alcoholic aftertaste. Likeable. 02.X.13

50 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy. Bitter, light toasted malty and grassy hoppy. Crisp grassy hoppy finish.

Mild hefiger, angenehm herber Antrunk. Süffig, geringe Intensität ohne wässrig zu sein. Zum Ende allerdings sehr mild, noch wenig hefig und etwas helles Getreide. 11/10/9/7/9/9

Bottle. Pours hazy darkish golden with stable white head. Clear aroma ofops and yeast with notes of banana and grain. Bitter, hoppy onset, enhanced by rich carbonation, giving way to notes of yeast and banana with touches of grain. Dryish aftertaste. Very crispy for a GH. Decent, though.

Bottle. Pours slightæy hazy very dark brown with small light tan head. Clear aroma of roast, malt and caramel. Bitter, roasted onset, gradually replaced by malty and caramellish notes, ending dry on a hoppy note. A really nice Schwarzbier.

Bottle, 6.2%. Dusty and caramelly aroma. Almost clear amber colour. Good stable off-white head. The flavour is quite caramelly and quite sweet with a mild alcohol burn in the finish. Late bitterness. Faint floral hoppiness, but mostly on the malty and alcoholic side.
