33cl can de La Cervezita Nuestra, BCN. BB 05/2019, lot# L93T. La cannette présente déjà une déformation suite à la pression, dès ouverture cela se ressent. Brune foncée, col beige. Arôme au bouquet malté, grillé, note de chocolat avec un petit rétro axé sur les grains. Palais présente une effervescence assez haute, malté grillé et chocolat amer, note de torréfié/café. Un côté biscuité se fait également présent. Une amertume houblonnée noble accompagne le tout et confère un léger caractère citronné/terreux. Le grillé perdure en fin de bouche.
