Clear golden with a foamy fluffy head. Corn, wort, grain, papery, candied malt. Grainy corny sweetness. Light bodied, watery texture, soft to lively carbonated, sweet grainy corny papery finish. Not a bad NA, but way too sweet, which makes it below average.

Had this at Eiscafé Venezia, Mittenwald, Friday 15th August 2025 in the company of Jude and Baz. Pours hazy yellow with a large white head, solid Hefeweisse, usual characteristics are here, soft mouthfeel, light banana touch. Quite good.

0,5 l bottle from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! BB 16.10.2024. Clear dark red brown in the glass, more than two finger stable pale beige head. Looks really good. Malty on the nose, some sweetness. Taste is malty, light toasted, also sweet elements, some caramel. Soft bitterness. Above average carbonation. Also a nice one.

Bottle at home. Looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a nice head. Fine roasty malty aroma. Starts mild, roasty-malty, notes of caramel. Shy smokey touch, some bacon, some wood. Finish well balanced, soft malty-smokey. Really nice!

330 ml bottle. Cloudy yellow orange with a creamy head. Physalis, banana, lemon zest, resin, mango, grapefruit, some vanilla, yeasty. Hoppy zesty bitterness, fruity sweetness. Medium to full bodied, oily creamy texture, lively carbonated, dry zesty hoppy fruity bittersweet finish. Boom, what a great Pale Ale brewed by Ustersbacher (!!).

Draught Medium, stable white head over cold hazed (light) golden beer. Light vegetable bitterness suggested, also some acidity- is it the CO2?, as it is rather gassy. Sweet malts, dull. Reverts to utterly neutral. Light body, mild carbonation in the end to flat. Probably tapped with force driving the CO2 out. Oh dear. A proud 'Privatbrauerei' making utterly dull beer. If they're gobbled up, nobody would notice.
