Murky yellow colour. Stale aroma has too ripe banana. Flavour is stale and dry with citrus and somewhat light. A bit thin palate. One of the worst hefes I’ve had.

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts strong, spicy, a bit moldy. Spicy notes dominate more and more, sourish hint in the background. Starts a bit strange, gets better in the end. Okay!

Bottle: Pale greenish-golden, no head to speak of; strawy-grainy nose with a touch of pale malt and a tinge of vegatables; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, tart MF; short grainy-bitter finish. Not much Pilsner-like......

Bottle: Pale greenish-golden, unclear, small stable white layer; grassy hayish nose with some malt underneath; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, almost medium bodied, pretty soft; shorter dryish finish, balanced by a distinctive pale-malty aftertaste. Well balanced bavarian Pils.....

Bottle: Pale greenish-golden, a bit hazy, stable white lacy head, sweetish grainy-dusty nose, mild sweetish-bitter flavour, light bodied, soft; short mild grainy-bitter finish. Nothing to complain, but all in all a bit too restrained.....

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, toasted, grain, light hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110611]

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Hazy reddish brown colour with a big beige fluffy head. Aroma is what, yeast, mild banana as well as some slightly toasted and nutty notes. Flavour is wheat, yeast, mild wood, earth and some toasted notes. A bit watery palate.
