A yellow beer with a beige head. The aroma is sweet malty combined with notes of grain and dusty notes from the hops. The flavor is sweet grainy, leading to a dry slightly bitter end that also contains notes of straw.

Bottle. Smokey malt and banana aroma. Reddish brown color - lots of head. Slightly smokey malt and banana/peach flavor - mild carbonation and moderate acidity. Full bodied Really what I expect from a dunkelweizen - dark malt equally blended with fruity flavor. An excellent dunkel - makes me sad that I probably will never be able to get it again.

Bottle. Light peach and clove/licorice aroma. Light yellow/orange color with decent head and efferverscence. Puckering lemon flavor primarily - not a great deal of anything else - maybe a hint of clove. Very watery - more like a Kristallweizen - bland and unexciting.

Bottle. Ripe banana and wheat malt aroma. Clear golden yellow color - light effervescence with small head. Primarily wheat malt flavor with light banana, clove and sourness. An okay Kristall but pretty much an average beer.

Heavy clove, citrus and slight smoke aroma. Cloudy yellow, fair amount of carbonation, big creamy head. Earth, sponge, strawberry and clove flavors. Body feels surprisingly solid. Grainy aftertaste. Not unpleasant.

Unusual rye bread or pumpernickel aroma.Cloudy yellow, lowish foamy head. Sourdough flavors plus a bit spice plus clove but not much more of the othter usual notes - I have a hard time deciding whether this beer has gone bad or if it just is very unusual - time will tell I guess. Lightish body, boring aftertaste.
