(bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Yeasty, grainy malty aroma with notes of dough, wax and traces of herbal hops in the background. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a mildly prickly carbonation. Grainy malt character with doughy spots, hints of honey, yeasty and cautious hoppy spice; sweet malty and restrained bitter hoppy finish with grainy notes in the aftertaste. Decent. 19.XII.17

Bottle: Cloudy, pale-yellow coloured, small but very stable off-white foamy layer, mild to moderate grainy-fruity nose with traces of yeast, grassy hops hardly detectable; mild to moderate - as well - sweetish-bitter flavour with a slight acidity, light bodied and a bit fizzy; slightly drier and slightly lingering fruity-strawy finish. Not great, but refreshing...

Bouteille: Pale golden, hazy, smaller lacy white head; sweetish-bitter nose of cooked vegetables, grains, dust and an uncertain bitterness; mild bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied to watery, fortunately a bit tart...; sourish grains and vegetables in the bitter-sweet finish. Great! One of the worst bavarian Kellerbiers...
