Picked this up at Appel Getränkemarkt, Au in der Hallertau, and consumed at home Thursday 21st January 2021 on pizza night. Pours copper in colour with a large white head. Malt driven, light fruity am I imagining a little spice?, it’s ok. *btw there was no back label on this so I was unable to determine the abv, I suspect it’s 5–6%

Bügelverschlußflasche: Hazy, golden, quickly collapsing small fluffy head, sweetish-grainy nose, mild hops underneath; light to moderate sweetish flavour, only a slight bitterness detectable, medium bodied and pretty soft; sweet honeyish finish with a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. A bit too sweet, but all in all quite well drinkable...

(swing top bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a medium-sized and minimally off-white foamy head. Slightly biscuity malty aroma with yeasty, gassy notes, subtle fruity hints and a tinge of spicy hops. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a flat carbonation. Mildly biscuity (cara-)malty base with honey-fruity notes; sweet malty and restrained bitter hoppy finish, again with subtle fruity notes. No highlight. 28.IV.12
