“Christian Bischoff Kellerbier“, Schraubverschlußflasche von Bierselect.de. - Dunkelgoldbraun, gut trüb. - In der Nase breite brotige Malzsüße, süße Bierwürze, leichte Unkrautherbe. - Antrunk mild hefig brotig-malzig mit beträchtlicher Restsüße. Nicht zu knappe aber eher derbe Hopfenherbe mit Unkraut und Zitronenschale. Durchschnittlich rezent, limonadig wäßrig. Im Abgang aromenleere Herbe. - Wer ein fränkisches Kellerbier erwartet, wird hier arg enttäuscht - das ist lediglich ein plumpes, derb gehopftes Zwickel.

Clear medium amber colour, good frothy off-white head, good tention and lacing. Aroma pale malt, lemon, orange, apricot, grass. Mild taste, light to medium sweet and bitter, malty, fruity, grassy. Mild bittersweet aftertaste, fruity, light orange peel and herbal notes. Light body, oily to creamy texture, average carbonation, smooth and friendly, nice one.

Slightly unclear pale golden colour, tall frothy white head, good retention, heavy lacing. Aroma sweet malts, grain, yeast, hint of lemon, basement and earthy notes. Taste medium sweet and bitter and a light sourish touch, malty, hay, earthy. Sweet and bitterish aftertaste with an earthy backbone, medium body, watery to oily texture, soft carbonation, down to earth, decent kellerbier.

Hazy deep golden colour, small frothy off-white head, dissipating slowly, light lacing. Aroma wheat, yeast, banana, light cloves, toffee. Smooth taste, light heavy sweet, slightly bitter, wheat, yeast, banana, toffee, sugary, light cloves. Rather short sweet and slightly bitter aftertaste, sugary and spicy notes.; Medium body, creamy texture, very easy to drink, very nice.

Shared @ Koelschtrinker's tasting. Smooth malty beginning. Dry with hints of caramel. Nice bitterness in the end, earthy hints with fresh floral hops. Not too sweetish, nice round with a floral bitter aftertaste with hints of dry caramel. Nice one!

Bottle shared @ Koelschtrinker's tasting. Round smooth beginning. Easy to drink with fresh yeasty cloves. Not too sweetish, round and refreshing with a floral-fruity and slightly candy-sweetish aftertaste. Interesting and very easy to drink.

Bottle shared @ Koelschtrinker's tasting. Smooth mild fresh beginning. Easy to drink, sourish wheaty beginning. The hops are floral with citric dry parts. Long and wheaty floral aftertaste, the yeast is plain and quite neutral, easy drinking body, moderate floral hops in the aftertaste. Interesting.

21-08-18 // 500ml screwtop bottle from Gloubs Grünstadt. Cloudy orange, small head. Typical yeasty nose. Aroma is more of the raw grainy, bread and spicy side. Full bodied. Solid.
