04-10-19 // on tap at the brewery. Clear maber golden and with a small white head. Light bodied, I assume something around 3.5-4% ABV. So it is lacking some body and appears a ltitle watery at some pints. English Pale Ale style malt profile. Has some hoppy aromas providing some floral and minimal fruity notes.

04-10-19 // 500ml on tap at Eulchen Brauerei Clear golden. Malty smooth. Sweetish malty. Mild honey sweetness. Cereal grainy sweet. For me too sweet but a good style representation to be a smooth Oktoberfestbierbock.

Bottle from maracuja05, thanks! Brown color. Malty sweet soft roasty aroma and flavor with toffee. Full bodied. Hint of plums. Hops in the finish. Carbonation is soft. Well brewed doppelbock.

Bottle, thank you Maracuja05! Pale blonde. Slightly herbal citric aroma and flavor. Floral. Cardboard. Tasty with fresh hops in the finish. The potential is there.

21-08-19 // tap at Eulchen Brauerei Slightly unclear golden. Small white head. Tastes quite light but it’s above 5%. Simcoe hops are very green and fresh. A little soapy citric. Almost lemonade touch. Too unbalanced. But the taste is still good.
