Sweet wheaty and slightly cara-malty aroma with present fruit-character with notes of banana, citrus and a clove-spicy touch. Sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Cara-malty and wheaty aroma with distinctively fruity notes of citrus, pears and a tinge of banana; sweet malt-accented, slightly wheaty finish with a mildly spicy touch. Bügelverschlußflasche:Deep golden, hazy, relatively quickly diminishing mid-sized white head; moderate sweet-fruity nose with wheaty traces and a distinctive clovey touch; moderate sweet-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied; shorter sweet-fruity and zesty (a bit belgian-like...) finish. Good Weizen....

Mildly sweet pale malty and slightly grainy aroma with a distinctively citrus-fruity and flowery hoppy touch. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crisp carbonation. Dry pale malt-character with citric and slightly herbal accents; dry and moderately bitter hoppy finish with notes of citrus. Pleasant and well-rounded Pilsener. 13.X.10

(swing top bottle) Slightly hazy, dark brown golden colour with a massive and slightly beige foamy head. Dark and roasted malty aroma with caramel, earthy notes and a tinge of herbal hops. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a pleasantly soft carbonation. Earthy and mildly roasted malty taste with caramel and hints of chocolate; moderately sweet and delicately roasty malty finish with discreet hoppy bitterness. Pleasant. 27.X.10

Cara-malty and subtle fruity taste with a nutty touch; medium-dry, mildly sweet malty and delicately hop bitter finish. Balanced and quaffable Ur-Helles. 27.X.10

Good and pleasant.....

Bügelverschlußflasche: Pale golden to golden, unclear, mid-sized white lacy foam, that slowly collapses; distinctive herbal and lemony hops in the nose with a good dash of pale malt in the background; moderate dry bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; slightly lingering pale-malty and aromatic hoppy finish.
