Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, weizen yeast, banana, clove, fruity yeast, sweet yeast. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. Cask gravity at the Pig's ear beer festival 05/12/2017. A clear amber orange coloured pour with no head. Aroma is sweet, boozey brown sugars, ginger, chewits. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, chewy brown sugars, strawberry. Some hot alcohols. Palate is thick and chewy, super sweet.
