Die Brauwerkstatt Yeti Bayrisch Ale, Fläschchen (MHD: 31.10.22) aus dem Dorfladen, Haag a.d. Amper. - Trübes Rotbraun, reichlich Schaum. - In der Nase runde tropisch-zitrusfruchtige Hopfung über fein toastigem Malz; deutliche säuerliche Züge. - Im Antrunk kräftige Säure (Zitronensaft), die das dunkle Malz und die Hopfung erdrückt und nur noch vage erahnen läßt, wie das mal schmecken sollte. Spritzig rezent, hefeweich. Abgang zitronensauer und vulgär hopfenbitter. - Auch mein zweites Bier der Brauwerkstatt ist mehr als vier Monate vor dem MHD schon umgekippt. Irgendwas liegt hier im argen. (24.6.2022.)

Die Brauwerkstatt 50 Shades of Hops, Fläschchen (MHD: 31.10.22) aus dem Dorfladen, Haag a.d. Amper. - Dunkles Kupferrot, klar; fast nur Schaum im Glas. - In der Nase warme, runde tropisch-zitrusfruchtige Hopfung über fein toastigem Malz, leise säuerliche Züge. - Im Antrunk kräftige Säure (Zitronensaft), die das toastige Malz und die Hopfung erschlagen. Spritzig rezent, recht dünn. Abgang zitronensauer und ordinär bitter. - Schon fünf Monate vor dem MHD stark versäuert. Ein Armutszeugnis. (7.6.2022.)

Bottle picked up from Appel Getränkemarkt in Moosburg and consumed at home Wednesday 27th January 2021, listening to Steve Lamaq on 6Music, we have Pie, Mushy Peas and Bubble and Squeak for tea tonight. This is the third different beer that I have had from this *local brewery, once again it's infected, though much less so than previous efforts, it's actually drinkable, cloudy light amber, fruity, little or no hoppiness or bitterness, biscuit, it's very much below average.

Bottle picked up from Appel Getrankemarkt, Moosburg and consumed at home Sunday 24th January 2021 whilst listening to a German Playlist on Tidal called Hamburger Schule, we’re cooking Cheese Spaetzle and Onion Bake. Pours amber, hazy amber with a white head atop, ok I have had two beers from these guys and this like the first tastes infected, drainpour...bye....grrrr.

Swing top bottle, thanks Beerhunter111! Dark brown color, pours a huge head, slight gusher. Malt, cacao and caramel in the aroma. Surprisingly dry flavor with roast and chocolate. Roasty finish. Thinnish but nice.

Bottle picked up from the REWE on the trading estate en route to MĂĽnchen and the airport. Consumed at home Thursday 11th April having just had a Cannelloni and listening to the new Snapped Ankles album. Pours amber with a white head, *Aroma suggests that this is infected, I poured about half into my glass but a minute or two later noticed it was still oozing out of the bottle. Tangy, a little sharp and whilst I have had a lot worse infected beers this is nonetheless infected, drainpour and a tad annoying as was easily the most expensive beer I purchased today.

Tap. Red amber cloudy, creamy head. Broad green herbal light sweaty hops on caramel roast nose. Medium full chewy body, caramel, good hop profile to finish, grassy, citrus, tropicals. Good.
