Bottle 50 cl. Clear pale golden with a white head. Discreet aroma of lemon pop. Light body, sticky artificial sweetness, a little cardboard and lemon pop. No bitterness. 210309

Bottle, 2.5%. 3 months past BB date. Dry citric aroma. Clear very pale yellow colour. Very small white head. The flavour is quite citric with a little dry bitterness in the finish. It tastes like real sugar, though.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and pale yellow with a small white head. Citric and crisp aroma. Citric and sugarish sweet flavoured. Crisp citric finish. Clean, not much beer flavours to be traced though.

Bottle 50cl.Clear medium orange amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, bock malty, sugar, light alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery and sticky, carbonation is soft. [20081129]

Screw-cap bottle: Golden, hazy, smaller firm and stable white head; sweetish fruity (lemons, oranges) nose with a wheaty-yeasty touch; moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, quite soft MF; citrus-fruity finish with a light acidity and a very shy tartness. All in all a decent Weizen.............

Screw-cap bottle: Golden to deep golden, quite stable fluffy white head, light but distinctive aromatic hoppy nose with sweet pale malt underneath; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; lingering finish of aromatic hops and pale malt. A fine semi-Bohemian Pilsener........

Bottle, 4.9%. Good flowery hop aroma. clear golden colour. Plasticky, but stable white head. The flavour is malty and quite vinous. Medium bitterness, slightly rough.

Bottle 50 cl. Clear amber golden with a small, off-white head. Lovely aroma of pumpernickel and burned caramel. Full-bodied with a solid malt base and plenty of pumpernickel accents and roasted malts. Dry and hoppy finish. A very solid Bock. 291108

50 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe/Ungstrup. Pours clear and golden orange to light brown with a diminished white head. Roasted malty and slight earthy breadish aroma. Light metallic, solid bitter and roasted caramel to breadish malty. Dry and bitter finish with a nice lingering roasted malt flavour.

Im Antrunk kommt eine würzige Note langsam aber bestimmt auf, wenig süß, leicht wässrig im Hintergrund. Bereits hier bindet sich eine nicht starke, dafür aber sehr passende herbe Note in das Geschehen ein, die im Mittelteil konstant bleibt während sich die Würzigkeit etwas nach vorne bewegt und leicht stärker wird, vor allem bedingt durch das Wegfallen der Wässrigkeit. Hellmalzig würzig, mittelhopfig, im Ansatz nach vergorenen Früchten. Im Abgang wieder etwas milder, die Wässrigkeit ist erneut vorhanden. Dennoch ist das Hauptaroma, die hell-malzige Würzigkeit, in ausreichendem Umfang enthalten. Dass es sich hierbei um einen Doppelbock handelt ist dagegen weniger eindeutig, bei einem Blindtest hätte ich es nicht über einen kräftigen (einfachen) Bock geschätzt. Aber es gibt Schlimmeres.
