Flasche (50 cl) von Hopfen & Malz, Berlin. - Goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase nur schwache, leicht blumig-zitronige und schwach grasige Hopfennoten. - Antrunk mild, schwach zitronig mit einem Anflug von Geschirrspülmittel oder parfümierter Seife. Leicht getreidig-malzig mit einem gut abgestimmten milden Schuß Säure. Mild rezent, schlank. Im Abgang ein wenig Gras in der milden Hopfenbittere. - Hier wurde zwar statt Hopfenextrakt richtiger Hopfen verwendet, aber das Ergebnis ist nicht ganz überzeugend, mit einer eigenartig süßlich-seifigen Note und nur mittelmäßig hopfenherb. Ein richtiges Pilsener schmeckt anders. Süffig ist es trotzdem.

Bottle@Björn tasting. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is bready, herbal, wooden, fruity and some mild sappy notes. Flavour is fruity, mild floral and sweet malty notes along with some slight toast and toffee. Balanced and quite fresh.
