33 cl bottle (4,5%). Pours pale golden with ivory head which disappears fast. Aroma is low: just some iron filings and some wheat, that’s pretty much it. Taste is fizzy, soft, light, slightly sour. Abrupt finish with low bitterness. Cibeles has great ales, but this is not one of them. Check the strong ale or the imperial IPA.

33 cl bottle at Casa vieja restaurant, Alcalá de Henares. Pours reddish brown with almost no head. Aroma is low: hints of cake, caramel, bread and chocolate. Fizzy, light, watery. Doesn’t last on the palate.

33 cl bottle at Casa vieja restaurant, Alcalá de Henares. Pours cloudy golden-yellow with abundant but short-lasting head. Aromas are pineapple, rucola, lemon, grapefruit and honey. Mouth is fizzy, dry and fresh. Ends with moderate bitterness (particularly for an IPA). Nice.

Shared 330 ml bottle at local tasting. Very dark brown colour, cloudy, moderate beige head. Malty aroma, a hint of mild spices, not unpleasant. Malty flavour but not sweet, notes of brown bread, fairly boring. Minimal hops.

Flaske fra Del Mon, på rbhd-treff ombord på Fridtjofen jan-16: brunrød med kort offwhite skum. Litt mørke bær, litt lakris, egentlig bare litt av alt. Ingenting tekniske feil, men bare en kjedelig øl.

Cobriza, nebulosa, de escasa espuma. Aroma tostado, caramel. Tono dulce en exceso, algo empalagosa. Miel y algún toque frutal. Cuerpo moderado.

Dorada amarillenta, de poca espuma blanca y mínima turbidez. Aroma cítrico con notas de levadura. En boca, resulta bien bebible, con gas contenido y cuerpo moderado. Refrescante, de base malteada y predominio cítrico, tirando a mandarina, sobre todo al final. Entra muy bien.

Bottle at hotel in Alicante, Spain. Pours hazy golden with white head. Aroma of hay, grass, flowers, some citrus. Thin bodied, watery. Some sweetness, but prevailing bitterness. A bit boring.
