Tap at Novopacká piváreň. Crystal clear golden body, lasting off-white head. Herbal, hoppy, bit dusty and generic-industrial-malty aroma. Smooth, bit dull malty taste, herbal hops, metallic but less so than Liška. The maltiness is its main issue, the hop profile kinda works, would play better with some less sweet, leaner counterpoint, but whatever.

Tap at Novopacká piváreň. Crystal clear golden body, thcik white head, medium retention. Bit fruity, yeasty herbal sweetish aroma. Sweetish taste, that industrial maltiness with a remarkable abundance of herbal, maybe vaguely citric and metallic hoppy bitterness. I don't hate it, the bitterness lifts it up from the worst Czech macro cesspool

As Templářské tajemné pivo, Mexican import. Clear dark golden with a foam head. Metal, malt, hay, hints of butter and esters. Metallic bitterness. Medium to light bodied, oily watery texture, soft carbonated, metallic grainy bitter finish. Not spectacular.

From Alko Hirvensalo. Smell of roasted malt, some caramel. Dark brown colour, high beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, some candy, faint nuts. Some licorice in finish. Soft carbon. Medium sweet. Easy.

Bottle @ home. Clear, deep amber body under a nice, dense beige head. Fine aroma of roasted malt, bread and chocolate. Taste is medium sweet, gentle roasted malt, bread, caramel, some bitter chocolate, slightly herbal, hint of licurice and bitter finish. Balanced body and rather long lasting aftertaste. A nice surprise this.
