BIAB at Manchester Beer & Cider Fest, 2019. 6.5%. Golden colour, no head and aroma of light funk, apple, woody. Taste is sweetish, fruity apple, melon, tannic with funky woody notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry fruity & tannic finish. Very drinkable.

Plastic barrel from GBBF 2017. Hazy gold no head. Some light acetone on aroma. Good dry cider in the mouth. Good bslance of yeast acetone apple fruit juice and dryness. Could be served colder but still a good solid cider. Yummy
