12 oz. can from the 12 Days of Beer 12-pack from Aldi. Pours a semi-clear deep gold color with a khaki head and decent retention. Almost no lacing. Lightly spiced aroma. The flavor is a blend of sweet pale malts and mellow pie spices and an out of place citrus note in the finish. Not bad. At least it's a little unique compared to the other beers in the 12-pack. Barely medium-light body. Medium carbonation. Not bitter. Okay.

12 oz. can from the 12 Days of Beer 12-pack from Aldi. Pours a crystal clear gold color with a white head and good retention. Decent lacing. Light hops and adjuncts aroma. The taste follows the nose: Light hops and adjuncts flavor with a somewhat rough boozy finish. Lower bitterness than I expected. Not my preferred style, but not good for hop heads either. Lighter than expected body. About medium carbonation. Mellow bitterness. Tick.

12 oz. can from the 12 Days of Beer 12-pack from Aldi. Pours a pitch black color with a small tan head and decent retention. Zero lacing. Roasted malt aroma and very light coffee. Similar flavors, with lightly roasted malts and barely a hint of coffee flavor (and that's okay). Smooth, clean, and light. Too thin for a stout. And too carbonated for a stout too. No bitterness. Drinks like a dark malt soda. The flavor is fine IMHO, but a poor example of the style.

Pour is a hazy peach with an average white head. Aroma is a slight hop with some sugar. Flavor is actually a sweet peach with a lot of un-fermented sugar and a harsh bitterness. This was a tough one to get down. Probably the worst of the Aldi 12 days of Christmas pack. Poured the rest of it out.

Pour is a pale lager light blonde with a small white head. Aroma is not much. Hard to detect any hops. Flavor is about the same. Not much of a hoppy flavor other than the out of no where bitterness on the back end. They used cheap bittering hops that gave no flavor to the beer.

Pour is a chill haze kind of amber with a large white head. Aroma is not much, a slight caramel is all. Flavor is again a very slight caramel and not much after that. A little bitterness after the swallow with not much more after that. Pretty light all around.
