Bottle, 5.3%. Dusty and papery aroma with a whiff of metallic hops. Clear golden colour. OK white head. The flavour is nicely chalky and quite malty. Has a faint, but very pleasant floral aroma hop note. Very clean, actually. Low to medium bitterness. Good mouthfeel.

Bottle looks very christmas-like, but okay. Beer in the glass dark brown, nice head. Starts malty, not too roasty, modest dry. Mild earthy notes. Finish milder, almost thin. Drinkable, but nothing special.

Bottle 500ml.Clear light to medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, toasted - caramel, sweet malt, toffee notes, light to moderate hoppy. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120817]

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour with a mediumsized white creamy head that leaves some lace. Aroma is banana, some yeast, mild sugary notes along with mild toffee as well. Flavour is caramel, sweet wheaty notes, mild bananas, some yeast as well as mild spices.
