Tap at Komachi. Clear, bright golden color. Sweet malty biscuits and honey in the nose with some lemony hops. Clean honey malt flavor, bready, with light lemon hops. Light bitterness in the finish. Clean and tasty but doesn't quite have the delicate malt character of a great helles. No flaws, though.

Tap at the brewery. Hazy pale gold, low head. Nose has a hint of smoke, otherwise bready malt, saison yeast, herbal hops and some citrus. Flavor shows a hint of sweet coconut, along with citrus and bread, not much smoke really. Crisp, light body. Well done version of the saison.

Tap at the brewery. Clear, bright gold. Fruity nose, pineapple, citrus, tropical fruit, wheat biscuits. Wheaty, biscuity flavor, nicely fruity with citrus and stone fruits. Rounded, clean body.

Tap at the brewery. Clear, bright gold. Bready, malty nose with herbal hops, citrus, spicy yeast. Flavor is bready, herbal, spicy, balanced, nice stone fruit and citrus and a well bitter and clean finish. Bosy is crisp and tight. A very good first saison.

Tap at the brewery. Bright gold, clear. Nice fruity nose, citrus, tropical, some resin. Clean, crisp malty flavor. Hops work, malt is clean, fermentation spot on. Rich, fruity, and tasty.
