On tap @Buskers Pub (Rome). Dorata carica, torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso sentori di agrumi, pompelmo, lime, nota vegetale, cicoria. In bocca è sgraziata, base di malto media con finale amaro e netta astringenza che ne compromette la beva. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. Da rifinire.

On tap @Buskers Pub (Rome). Ambrata carica/bruna, torbida, schiuma avorio medio-leggera, non molto persistente. Al naso note maltate, caramella mou, panna, sciroppo di zucchero, leggera tostatura, note etiliche importanti. In bocca è squilibrata, attacco dolce con finale di leggera radice/medicinale, erba, ancora tanto alcol. Corpo medio-pieno, carbonazione leggera. Sgraziata.

Caña en el señor lupulo Gijón 20..01..2017 (r00). Color negro intenso brillante con buena espuma oscura y buena retención. Aromas y sabores intensos maltosos tostados y algo carbonizados al final con dosis de cacaos y ligeras especias, algo de lactosa suave y todo ello combinado con una muy buena sensación alcohólica, que se nota desde el principio y va mejorando según calienta. Cuerpo medio a intenso denso y con buena espuma. 9 vol que eso....una maravilla para beber despacio. Bastante buena, para repetir sin duda.

Caña en el señor lupulo Gijón 28..01..2017. (r06). Color ámbar algo tostado turbio con espuma blanca cremosa. Aromas y sabores afrutados y con toques herbaceos frescos algo cítricos bastante intensos. Cuerpo ligero a medio algo espumoso con ligera sensación alcohólica. Bastante buena. Fresca y refrescante...Para repetir.
