Erstaunlich trockener, leicht alkoholischer heller Malzbeginn. Im Mittelteil ebenfalls wenig süß, geringe Bitterkeit, weich. Dabei aber auch monoton, was angesichts der Balance nicht schlimm ist. Süffig, mittellanger Abgang. 8/9/9/9/8/9

50 cl bottle. Yellow-golden, hazy, lush yellow foam. Aroma: hop pellets, spicy, floral and fruity, a little citrus, wheat is even a little lost on a hoppy background. Taste: wheat bun, a slight citrus-yeast sourness, a few other fruits, not bad.

Schnapp-Flascherl: Pale golden, unclear, quite quickly collapsing medium-sized loose white head, mild sweetish-grainy nose, molecular bitterness in the background; mild sweetish flavour, low bitterness, quite soft, quite watery; shorter and drier grainy-bitter finish. Sigh! A simple thirst-quencher...
