Bottled. A light golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of butter, and so is the flavor though added a touch of straw.

(swing top bottle, bought at Fränky´s in the outskirts of Nuremberg, close to a somewhat remarkable Reichs-Burger-King restaurant, situated in a fascist-style building from the 1930ties with still visible Nazi insignia) Clear, golden colour with a lacy mid-sized foamy head. Sweet and strawy sour doughy nose with an unripe worty touch. Sourish sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Strawy malt character with worty elements, leading into a doughy finish with shy hoppy spice and light notes of metal (04.XI.08).

Bottle: A bit unclear, amber coloured, smaller, quite stable beige foamy layer; metallic aromas, fruits and vegetables too with a sweet toasted-malty background; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, quite soft MF; a light acidity in the malty finish. No pleasure at all...........

The bottle looks simple, but good. The beer in the glass darker than exspected. Nice creamy head. Starts malty and metallically, the finish is more spicy and malty. Could be more drinkable, but still a good beer!

The bottle looks not so good, a little bit old. The beer in the glass is very light, much foam. Starts very vapid, finish a bit drier. Not a good radler!

Bottle, 5.0%. Nice caramelly maltiness in aroma. Grey brown colour. Small bubbly head. The flavour is pleasant, caramelly maltiness, but there also seems to be a little anis and perhaps buttery notes. All in all good on a summer’s day.

Bottle, 4.8%. Clear golden colour. Very small white head. The flavour is a little sweet with some cardboard. Low bitterness. Hint of grassy hops, but not enough to make it interesting.
