Test vom 15.2.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 6,4,5,3,10,3 - 4,10

Bottled. A hazy orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with acidic notes of lactic acid and dusty hops. The flavor is of dusty hops and straw, leading to a dry and somewhat dusty finish.

Keine Brauerei angegeben, aber 130 Jahre Brautradition. Na Gratulation. Mildes Bier, würzig, leicht herber Antrunk. Dabei würziger werdend, herber sowie hopfig-trockener Nachgeschmack. Test vom 21.7.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 6,9,8,7,5,8 - 7,65

Bottle, 4.9%. Aroma seems a bit sweet for a pils. The same goes for the flavour. Low to medium bitterness and low carbonation.

Bottle, 4.9%. Weak citric cardboard aroma. Hazy yellow colour. Big stable white head. The flavour is like a Mexican lager with yeast. Low bitterness, some soda water flavour. Rather thin, but the naturtrübiness helps a lot.

(swing top bottle) Slightly hazy, mahogany colour with a small eggshell-coloured layer. Sweet malty, bready nose with dark berries and dust. Light bitter flavour with a shy fruitiness, light to medium body, soft carbonation. Soft, malt-accented mouthfeel, light notes of caramel, faint honeyish fruits and dried ones in the aftertaste, accompanied with traces of metal. Still solid.
