Bottle from a local supermarket. Looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a nice head. Fine malty aroma. Starts mild, malty, a bit dry. More and more hoppy notes, some metallical hints. Finish well balanced. Not bad.

[as Keiler Kellerbier, ABV 5.2%] Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dall'orzo. La finezza olfattiva è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto trasparente. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, pane, cracker, biscotto, frutta secca, pino, un accenno di resinoso, erbaceo e agrumi.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è normale. La continuità gustativa è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, pane, biscotto, frutta secca, erbaceo e agrumi.

Bottle picked up from Markgrafen Getränkemarkt, Deggendorf consumed at home Saturday 16th March 2024, about to cook Rajma, a spicy Kidney Bean Curry from our new Dishoom cookbook, listening to ByteFM. Pours mid/dark brown with a large white/off white head. Nice soft mouthfeel, tangy and a little fruity, a very more'ish' dark dunkel.

Appearance: Cloudy brown with a tall ivory-coloured head of perfect retention. Aroma and taste: Toasted malt, candy, dried banana, distant spices. Light sweet, low to light bitterness. Mouth feel: light to medium body, average carbonation, Summary: OK.
