Sweet in the nose with some light mineral, maybe a touch of wax or alcohol-tinged character. Juicy fruits like coconut and soft lychee.
Same character in the mouth. Rich and round, rather unrefined but flavorful. Good with a meal. Thoughtless.

From my sake backlog. Bottle. Unclear, pale milky body without any head. Relatively strong in aroma, rice, marzipan and alcohol. Taste is soft and smooth with rice, alcohol and hint of coconut. Quite pleasant and really smooth.

Intense nose - rice, soy sauce, pine, wood. Yellow tinged water appearance. Sugar sweetness hits you immediately and last throughout with grainy rice light soy pine and mild alcohol burn coming in later. Woody flavor last long after swallowing. A very enjoyable drink - like it more than I would have thought.

From my sake backlog. 300 ml bottle. Clear body. Mild aroma of rice and fruit, hint of licorices and alcohol. Smooth, ripe fruity flavor with licorices and mild alcoholic finish. Body feels rich. One of the better Ginjo I have tasted.

Clear, maybe a bit of buttery pearl.
Nose is funky, with cooked onion, what I am imagine Koji infected rice, and other heavy mineral character.
In the mouth it's soft and lightly sweet. Abrupt finish. I'm not getting all the raw alcohol that others report. Theres a touch of sharpness at points, though, I suppose. For all the funk in the nose, there's not much going on in the flavor. Just cooked rice. But it's clean enough and has enough satisfying body.

Nice lychee infusion for me, but what do I know about sake. Clear water in colour with slightest pink tinge. A hint of something that's almost like pepper. Tapioca pudding. Bottle pour at a Ramen place.

Bottle from an online shop that wasn't Japan Centre, but I can't remember what it was called. Pours clear and still. Aromas of light peach. Taste is boozy and light rice. Clean finish.

Has a neat plum note. A little rice, vanilla. Clear water pour. Light perfume at the finish, a little booze. Bottle at Sushi.com in Spokane.
