Drank cold. The appearance of the liquid is opalescent. The olfactory intensity is normal and lasts sufficiently. The taste on the nose - dominant aroma is of malted rice Koji. The taste on the nose - secondary aromas is directed towards lactic, herbs and fruity. The first impression of intensity in the mouth is of strong sake. The aroma on the tongue is slightly dry. The body is round. The taste intensity is high, and the persistence is sufficient. The taste is pleasant. In the mouth the aroma is that of cooked rice, condensed milk, pear, honey and popcorn for a light taste.

375mL bottle, pours an opaque cloudy white. Aroma brings out boozy rice, a touch of lychee, and straw. Flavour is boozy and murky, with lychee, tons of pithy stone fruits, booze, and rice husks. Husky, lychees and booze on the finish. Pretty good stuff.

2/8/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear with a slight tint of yellow and no head. Aroma of rice water, melon, flowers, lemon drops, pineapple cubes, touch of aniseed. Moderate sweetness, mild bitterness, hint of chocolate. Quite full body, very oily, low carbonation. Liked it.

300ml bottle from Japan Centre. Clear almost colourless with very pale yellow tint, no head and aroma of fruity, rice, melon. Taste is sweetish, rice, melon, floral, with slight grassy & alcohol notes. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, drying warm booze at the finish. Nicely drinkable.

Little bottle. Looks like water. Aroma of sweet sticky rice, hints of melon and overt alcohol. Sweet but with little presence. Stale nuts, some tinned pineapple. Less boozy than suggested by the aroma. Didn't see much charm in this one at all.

300ml bottle, served chilled as instructed. Opaque creamy white appearance, yep, it's a glass of cum... coconut milk if you want a family friendly descriptor. Aroma of sweet rice, alcohol, Taste is quite mild, there's some sweet rice and alcohol notes, not really getting much else, maybe a little pear, vanilla. Only my second saké so take my rating with a grain of rice.
