Bottle at mikaku. Pours milky white with dry ice, nose is funky, lemon, taste is creamy, mushroom, woody.

From a 750 mL bottle. Pours a fully clouded white. Frosting aroma, touching on melon and dark fruit. Flavor is frosting, molasses, and a touch of plum. Sweet and pretty enjoyable.

300ml bottle, served chilled as instructed. Opaque creamy white appearance, yep, it's a glass of cum... coconut milk if you want a family friendly descriptor. Aroma of sweet rice, alcohol, Taste is quite mild, there's some sweet rice and alcohol notes, not really getting much else, maybe a little pear, vanilla. Only my second saké so take my rating with a grain of rice.

300 ml bottle. Pours clear. Very light, clean floral nose. Very subtle/weak fruity floral flavors.

14% ABV 300ml bottle, clearly says it's Junmai, but we've got it as a Namasake? Anyway this is clear and water like in appearance. I'm no expert on Sake, but this is better than all of the ones I've had before. I drank the whole bottle myself!

Sake flight at Ten. Clear. Nose is licorice, rice. Flavor is sweet coconut, licorice, rice, light vanilla. Quite enjoyable.

300ml bottle from Japan Centre. Clear with a very pale yellow hint, no head and aroma of rice, earthy, boozy. Taste is rice, mellow, fruity, with some earthy hints and boozy notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

Fruity and sweet, maybe moreso than most ginjos I've had. But not in an unrefined or sugary/cheap way. More of a stewed rice/rice pudding-like character with plentiful big fruit notes and hints of floral character. No alcohol noted. Very clean.

Soft and round with a hint of nutty sweetness up front and a full, round body through the middle with softly sweet rice and tons of playful tropical fruit. Alcohol is nowhere to be found and this stuff is just stupidly drinkable.

300ml bottle from Japan Centre. Cloudy white colour, no head and aroma of rice, fruity. Taste is sweet, rice, fruity, creamy with some warming boozy notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry boozy finish. Nicely drinkable
