Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for this 0,33l bottle. Best before 15.02.2015. The beer starts smooth and fresh. Easy to drink, crisp and clean. Slightly grainy, not very sweet. The aftertaste is slightly bitter, round and crisp. A "tend-to-Pils" Helles, quite nice.

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for this 0,33l bottle. Best before 15.02.2015. Smooth and malty beer. A bit sweetish in the body, a bit undefined fruitiness there. Somehow strange but nice fitting. But beside the malty body with the fruitiness, there is not much. Easy to drink, quite sweetish, nearly no bitterness.

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for this 0,5l bottle. Édition limitée: btle no.: 083/200. Best before 20.02.2015. The beer starts smooth and malty. Slightly fresh (not sourish - hard to define) hints there that make it highly drinkable. The body is dusty-malty with a rest of sweetness. Nice and round, smooth. Caramell, dark malt, fresh (and a bit lemon-fruity) background.
Nice combination. Interesting and easy to drink. Would make a great Session-Dunkel.

swing top bottle 330ml. -Brownish/amber or cola coloured, small off-white head, again light acidic nose with fine coffee notes. Slight roasted malt, caramel and fruits with notes of moldy cheese and spices. So far the best of three Beierhaascht beers I’ve tried (Hell, Ambree, Donkel) but something was wrong here for sure. All three beers had BBE till 2015.

swing top bottle 330ml. -Very dark golden (almost amber) coloured, small off-white head, again acidic nose with touch of malt. Weak malty, some caramel and acidic fruity with sourish yeasty finish. Hmmm...something was wrong with all three beers.

swing top bottle 330ml. -Slight hazy lemony yellow coloured, small white head that went away slowly, acidic yeasty nose. Quite acidic yeasty and light fruity with light bready notes in the finish. Touch of spices also. Interesting...but not good.

Appearance: Clear nutty brown color with a small bubbly tan head.
Aroma: Caramel malty and light fruity and hoppy.
Palate: Medium to thin body. Moderate sweet, light sour and a low bitterness. Average carbonation.
Taste: Caramel malt and light fruity. Also a bit sour.
Overall impression: A bit disappointing beer. Low hop profile.
Personal stats: Bottle from a trade with Grima.
