300ml bottle, bottled 2024.2. Pours so clear and almost colourless it's like water. Aroma of pear and hints of berry fruits. Taste of pear, melon, rice, peach. Warming alcohol. Nice one.

30cl bottle, bottled 2022.5. Perfectly clear with a faint yellow/green tint. Aroma is floral, vinous, melon. Taste is the same, as described really, floral, melon, apple, light warming booze. Sweet taste but finishes dry.

Taste is rice, melon, fruity, with caramel hint and some booze. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry warm boozy finish. Nicely drinkable.

Medium sweetness and bitterness. Moderate body, oily, no carbonation. Some lingering slightly harsh alcohol notes. It's okay.

Aroma is spring blossom, glacé cherries, strawberry laces, fragrant rice, melon, touch of caramel, slight toasted notes. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, lightly creamy, no carbonation. Gentle boozy warmth to finish, with some lasting fruity sweetness. Enjoyed this one.

Aroma is fruity, melon, aniseed, liquorice, raisins, fragrant rice, hints of milky chocolate and vanilla. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, quite smooth, no carbonation. Very mellow alcohol finish. Enjoyed this. Best in the set. Makes me want to go to Japan and drink more sake…
