180 ml can. Poured ice cold. Very cloudy, milky, with rice particles. Creamy vanilla nose, nutmeg, rice pudding. Very sweet and thuck, very strong alcohol burn, light mint, coconut, pineapple, pina colada-like, alcoholic rice pudding. It is very strange and strong, though i dig it. A dessert sake, maybe, more like a sweet creamy cocktail. Crazy and great.

200 ml can. fruity, mild, ginjo-ka aroma, sweet orange, minerals, alcohol burn. Ever so slight yellow tinge to a clear, slightly oily sake. Sweet, fruity flavor with big retronasal alcohol and a burn on the tongue, too. Canned peaches, a bit of rubbing alcohol. rather one-dimensional and boozy for sure. Sweetness balanced by heat-not my idea of complexity, but not bad tasting.

Can, courtesy of faroeviking. Funny can, looking just like a can of corn or mushrooms, where you pull the entire top of. Not very suitable for drinking or pouring. The sake has a clear body without any color, and without carbonation or head. Dry and fruity nose with some alcohol and yeast, papery and rice-like notes in the back. Alcohol-sweet flavor with some yeast up front, rice and paper in the background. Warming and dry. Except for the too obvious alcohol, it’s a quite nice drink. 090822
