Bottle from BiervanEijk, Frederiksoord. Thick and sticky, great barrel aging with lots of bourbon, chocolate, roast, caramel, picking up some rum. Lightly boozy, medium sweet, some bitterness. Full and rich, wow proper barrel aging.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma nocciola fine persistente, color rame velato, al naso è speziatissima subito anice stellato poi caramello zucchero di canna leggero uvetta, in bocca ancora subito anice poi caramello malto tostato e un sentore di scorza di arancio amaro, corpo medio/leggero, alcool ben bilanciato, carbonazione decisa, amaro moderato, abbastanza asciutta media secchezza. Bottled 330ml. -as Witbier not Belgisk Wit. Hazy yellow/orange coloured, medium sized white head, light lemony and vegetables nose. Wheaty, lemony, light vegetables and discreet touch of coriander with bitterish finish. Boring.

bottiglia 33 cl, bel cappello di schiuma color cappuccino fine persistente, colore marrone intenso/nero, al naso cacao caffè caramello vaniglia malto tostato, in bocca è liquorosa cioccolato fondente caramello caffè vaniglia liquirizia note legnose e un sentore di salsa di soia, corpo rotondo, media secchezza, alcool ben bilanciato, carbonazione piatta, amaro accentuato molto lungo nel finale.
