Bottled. Hazy silvery colour with no head. Aroma is rice, strawberries and some peachy tones. Flavour is strawberries, peach and some zesty tones along with some rice wine. Quite strong carbonation, and very different from the \"normal\" sakes!

72cl bottle. The Sake is clear and colourless, no head. Aroma is mild sweet, ripe fruits, melon, rice, plums. Taste of dry plums, rice, mellow, grains, dry boozy finish.
720ml bottle @ 16% ABV, “Kobe Special”. Fantastic nose of green apples and pears. The Saké starts easy to drink, fruity. Easy to drink, soft with alcoholic parts. Clear, not too much pear in the body. Easy to drink, not too watery. Hints of rice with a rather dry fruity body. Mild with pears and rice in the dry finish.

Glass at the brewery. Fresh and grainy nose, rice, light corn. Light and fresh but very grainy due to the 80% polish and not all that special to begin with. It only has the freshness going for it.

Glass at the brewery. This is kimoto, and aged for a year and a half. Yellowish tint. Lactic nose, very creamy rice. Nice lactic acidity, lightly sour, creamy yogurt. Nice.

Served frozen at the brewery and eaten with a spoon. Like a sorbet. Lightly fruity, apples, koji, rice. Dry and boozy flavor which was quite surprising. Not sweet at all. A bit too boozy, actually. Rather plain flavor is not all that distinctive but the idea is fun.

Clear water coloured saké (so yeah, no colour). Aroma: quite some banana, yeast, bit sweetish, sugary. MF: no carbon, medium body, bit sticky. Taste: very yeasty, pretty bitter, alcohol, weird. Aftertaste: same. Well, I'm not saké expert, but this didn't really do the trick for me.
