Hazy blond color; small head. The aroma of sour milk and the flavor that is also lightly sour mean that this bottle has gone bad.
(if not for the infection, it seems to be refreshing and with a correct bitterness)

Bottle 330ml. clear glass.Clear light to medium yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate honey, artificial honey, flowery - elderflowers ! Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long long duration, strange spicy. acrid spicy honey - elderflowers ! Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light to moderate alcoholic. [20101015]

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a clear yellow. Very strange aroma - some honey can be detected underneath, but mainly it’s strangely artificial. Light body, very dry honey and flower notes with strange off-notes that aren’t that pleasant really. Wouldn’t really have guessed this to contain elderflower. 151010

Cloudy blond color. The aroma is nice, strong honey, elderflower, very fresh. Weak body, cheap honey flavor, some fruit (elderberry?), too strong alcohol; very limited sweetness, and even some bitterness. Boozy.

33 cL bottle, courtesy of fiulijn. Pours clear and golden yellow with no head. Aroma is fruity, herbal and honey. Spiced and herbal, dry acetone like honey herbal. Burned plastic.

Huge thanks to Allen for this one. Bottle looks simple, but good. Modest turbid, small head. Strange aroma of moldy stinging nettle. Keeps that strange moldy note from the beginning to the end. Finish a little bit more spicy and malty, but still to moldy-grasy. Not good!

Bottle (courtesy of Koelschtrinker - thanks). Sweet apple, nutmeg, cinnamon, and malt aroma. Cloudy tan-orange color with minimal head. Sweet-dry orange peel, nutmeg, and light malt flavor. Body on the lighter side. Nice spicy beer.

Bottle 330ml. @ Petalax Beer Festival 2010 - the 4th. edition.Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, grain, wheat, moderate yeasty, leather, oxidide notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate leather bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20100702]
