Description
The brewery Fuglsang can rightly call itself Denmark's oldest family-owned brewery. Søren Christian Fuglsang founded the brewery in 1865, and today it is some of his great-grandchildren who, with respect for the craft and the raw materials, produce solid South Jutland beer.

The family also runs its own export malt factory, which is Denmark's largest and one of the few independents in Europe - it is the one that supplies a large part of the good malt to Fuglsang's beer.

330ml bottle, thanks to Skinnyviking for this beer gift. Bubbly, off-white head to a clear amber coloured body. Faint lacing. Pale and brown malts on the nose. Moderate taste profile of noble hops, nuts, and pale malts. Smooth ending. Easy to drink. On an average level, more or less (shared with Finn, Tromsø 11.02.2015).
