Hazy, dark amber. Frothy, offwhite head. Aroma has lots of banana and candy. Flavour is malty with sweet, estery notes. Rather strong alcohol feel despite the moderate ABV.

500 ml can. Murky, deep orange body with a nice, creamy off-white head. Mild aroma of wheat, caramel malt and chewing gum. Flavor is quite sweet, still refreshing, caramel malt, wheat and banana. Nice body and decent in aftertaste. OK dark wheat without anything extraordinary.

Can. Pours hazy darkish amber with airy off-whie head. Clear aroma of malt, hops and grain with a touch of caramel. Sweetish, malty onset, changing into a sourish, grainy body. Rather watery mouthfeel. Dry aftertaste. Not bad but nothing revolutionary.

0,5 l. can from supermarket. Hazy, dark brown colour with a small, creamy, tanned head. The aroma is banana, caramel and cloves. Sweet taste with notes of banana, caramel, cloves and small hints of licorice. Medium body with average carbonation. Nice dunkelweizen, and excellent value for money.

500 ml can, from Voldby Købmandsgård. ABV is 5.0%. Ascorbic acid is an ingredient. Brown colour, large off-white head. Strong aroma of over-ripe bananas and cloves. The flavour has moderate notes of brown malts, banana and cloves. Minimal bitterness (a little more wouldn’t hurt, even in a dunkelweizen).
