“Bennator“, vom Faß im Bierhaus Dampfschiff, Dresden. - Kupfergold, klar, schöner Schaum. - In der Nase bocktypisch dichtes Karamelmalz mit milder fruchtiger Herbe. - Antrunk intensiv karamelmalzig mit toastigen und nussigen Noten. Schön bocktypisch dicht malzsüß ohne plump zu wirken. Noten von Orangeat, Kräutern, Waldhonig. Mild rezent, sahnig weich. Abgang angenehm malzbitter mit ausreichender herb-fruchtiger Hopfengrundierung. - Überraschend guter, malzaromatisch-süffiger „roter“ Bock.

0,75 l bottle from Dehlwisch, Lohne/Oldb, 12,79 €. Pours out clear dark red brown. Small fast fading head. A lot of sweet caramell on the nose. Taste starts also with a lot of caramell, some berryfruity sweet sourness. Low parts of whiskey. Smooth stuff. But nice so far.

50cl bottle. A clear amber beer with a huge most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of reddish malt and toasted malt. Taste of caramelish malt, red malt, nuts, spicy hops, dry bitter finish, not bad!

50cl bottle. Klare goldgelbe Farbe, geringe weiße schaumkrone. Geruch ist mild süß malzig und getreidig. Geschmack ist mild getreidig malzig, hell malzig, Heu, mild hopfig, einfach zu trinken.

0,75 l botttle from Dehlwisch, Lohne/Oldb. 12,79 €. Pours out dark red brown, not black as expected. Frothy one finger pale beige head. A lot of smooth nougat and caramell on the nose. Taste starts fruity dark berries, also caramell and milkchoco in the second row. Smooth, but also present pleasant alcohol. Really complex stuff. Warming. Dry berriefruity aftertaste.

0,5 l bottle from Dehlwisch, Lohne/Oldb. Very clear golden with a one finger white head in the glass. Straw and grassy on the nose. Taste starts mid bitter, straw bitterness. Increasing malty elements in the second part. Tastes more like a northwestern Pilsener not from the east.
