Can shared by Clark. cloudy lemonade pour. All yuzu too over powering. Very little sake qualities. Rice is minimal. Hint of florals and almond. Light sparkling cuts the sticky yuzu palate.

Clear pearl.
Fruity nose with some mineral/hard water characteristics. Touch of bubble gum and coconut. Light-to-moderate amounts of rice sugar.
Soft, gently effervescent, with mild fruitiness, moderate sweetness and a chewy texture. Tempered, but ample acidity. Easygoing, belying its strength.
Clear pearl.

Soft and fruity but with deep, rich, intense rice character and light pepper and bubble gum.
Soft, rich, chewy, sweet but balanced with acidity and light alcohol (not sharp). Pepper and bubble gum with gentle tropical fruit and lingering, rich rice character.

Clear, hint of chill-haze.
Nose initially reminds me of something like wormwood, but as it warms and breathes, a pretty clear bubble gum-like character is what it actually seems to be. A bit of rice and biscuit with good mineral.
Bubble gummy, quite a bit more so than I'd prefer. A bit of peppery spice with a dry character and chewy texture.

No maple noted in the nose, though perhaps just a hint of something sweet. Good earthiness and restrained fruitiness with plentiful rice and mineral.

Heavily cloudy, pearl-colored, infused nigori.
Juicy pineapple and light coconut, but not blasting you with such flavors. Tastefully restrained earl grey, not sure I'd even pick it out in the nose. Clean.
Soft and juicy, rich rice and light coconut and pineapple. Plentiful mineral and very light tea-like character. It's pretty faithful to the original (Mountains of the Moon) since the tea is so sparingly used.
