Clear.
Nose is a burst of carbonic acid showing a hint of fruitiness, lots of mineral and light alcohol.
Up front it's massively carbonated. I don't mind the frizzante stuff but this is just like straight seltzer. Unfortunately, it disrupts the flavor and you can't really taste much other than carbonic acid initially. Gets better towards the end of the glass, with aggressive swirling out of the carbonation. Indeed light and fruity though still robust in body/texture.

Light rice is a touch fruity with some cooked character, hint of vanilla, alcohol, mold and mineral.
Soft, slick texture, rice sugar with a hint of alcohol and gentle frizzante carbonation. Fruity and vivacious finish despite its strength.

Clear with an orange tint.
Nose is a hint of chili, light orange peel and plentiful rice with mineral and earth.
In the flavor you do get a gentle orange peel but mostly it's chili flavor that isn't overdone, yet is quite dominant to the point that I'm not able to find any Nectaron. Much like chili beers, though, I absolutely love the chili here. Somehow works for me just fine.

Pink, cloudy.
Very floral, very cherry-forward. Some borderline astringency. Lots of sweetness.
Same in flavor. Too much sweet-floral-cherry. The cherry blossoms are lovely but way overdone here.

Smells like coconut. There is coconut cream and toasted 🥥 t in this.
Soft, fruity, pretty intense on the coconut. Not surprising. Definitely more novelty but we'll done for what it is.

Smells like roasty, earthy, soily tea. Light fruit and alcohol with intense, fermented rice.
