Can ordered from Emsworth Brewhouse, Havant. Aroma had coffee, liquorice, malt and a vanilla edge. Dark ang glossy. Thick foamy beige head. Medium-heavy bitter. Roasty coffee. Liquorice. Underlying molasses. A hint of dark berries. But really for me it's all about coffee. Heavy bodied. Creamy. Sticky. Average carbonation. Long astringent finish. Really enjoyable.

This is a very strange beer, ugly brown purple murk, like a fruit and marshmallow smoothie that your roommate left in the blender a few days ago and you decide to try it anyway

can at home... may 2021... dark black.. thick tan head... soft dry dusty chocolate roast malts nose... heavy sweet fruity chocolate roast malts... dark sweet chocolate.. butc again a bit dusty

Can. Hazy orange - gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, quite silky, decent fine carbonation. Smooth but light malts, a nice level of creamy sweetness. The hop bill starts with smooth pine and a nice level of nibbly hop spice. This leads to quite a smorgasboard of tropical goodness, much more than I would expect from Citra, Amarillo and Chinook and I have long given up expecting anything from Mosaic. Nonetheless there is pineapple and cantaloupe melon here underpinned by a light tangerine led citrus. A little citric peel bite on the end, along with more nibbly hop spice. A delight. A fruit cocktail of a dipa that never lets you forget that this hop bourne fruity goodness. Great stuff.

Can ordered from A Hoppy Place, Windsor. Aroma is vinous with sharp apple and cinnamon on the edge. Hazy apricot. Thick fluffy foamy white head. Initial sourness - acidic apple - with a dry cinnamon edge. The cinnamon goes up a notch before being joined by the vanilla for a touch of Creme Anglais. Some booze on the periphery. Medium bodied. Slick to oily. Average carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Pretty much spot on. A boozy pie.

Can ordered from Premier Hop, Pudsey. Aroma has stone fruit with a soft sugary edge. Hazy pale neon orange. Frothy white head is blotchy. Light bitter. Sour edge. Stone fruit and citrus. As I drink more the bitterness increases with a resinous streak. Syrupy sweetness in the underbelly. Boozy bite. Medium bodied. Slick. Pithy. Average carbonation. Dry finish. Easy drinking DIPA... although at this stage it's one of those beers that may as well be a NEDIPA.

Hazy yellow, fluffy white head. Smells stone fruit, something tropical, bit dank. Very soft mouthfeel. Taste is sweet, fruity, bitter in the aftertaste. Lovely amounts of mango, some pine, bit of pineapple and some dark citrus. Easy, lovely.

Can from Premier Hop, Pudsey. Aroma combines coconut and stone fruit, all at a low volume. Hazy - cloudy- pale yellow-orange. Razor thin translucent white head. A prominent sharp edge of bitterness and citrus sourness. But this only partly distracts from the underlying coconut for a Pina Colada effect. Medium bodied. Oily. Flat. Dry finish. Described as a standard IPA but this for me is more like an IPA. All about the fruit and nuts, the bitterness is soon forgotten. I like.

Bottle ordered from Premier Hops, Pudsey. Aroma had maple but it's restrained as opposed to cloying. And chocolate. All low key. Muddy darker brown. The head is limited to a ring of translucent bubbles and a touch of marbling. Initial low key Ovaltine start before a touch of bitternes kicks riding a wave of that restrained maple sweetness. A nod to tradition with underlying boiled veg. Light-medium bodied. Watered down cream mouthfeel. Flat carbonation. Long astringent finish. I have a soft spot for a mild but despite the adjunct this one remains on the bland side... but perfectly drinkable.
