On tap. Pours a clear golden with a small off-white head. Medium body, clean and sweet maltiness with good flowery hops. Very subdued bitterness. Mostly reminds me of a good German lager. 270511

Bottled. Golden colour with a small slightly off-white head. Aroma is fruits, sweet malts, some spices as well as mild nutty and yeasty notes. Flavour is sweet malts, spices, some nutty and wooden notes as well as some mild honeyish and spicy notes.

Bottled. Amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is caramel malts, mild smoked and roasted notes along with some slight spicyness. Flavour is caramel malts, mild toasted notes, ashes, some toffee and spices. Mild hoppeness creeps up towards the finish. Pleasant.

Bottled. Orangeish golden colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is fruits, sugar, caramel, mild alcohol and some spices and yeast as well. Flavour is sweet malts, mild alcohol, spices, mild yeasty and herbal notes as well. Balanced and quite nicely balanced tripel.

Bottled. Deep brown colour, small off-white head. Aroma is caramel, toffee, some roasted notes as well as mild ashyness. Flavour is roasted malts, caramel, toffee, mild coffee, some alcohol and also mild wooden notes. One of the strangest Bocks I’ve had.

Bottled. Quite much pitch black colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is caramel malts, some roasted malts, liquorice, mild hoppyness. Flavour is chocolate, liquorice, dark dry fruits, some toffee and mild roasted malts as well. Balanced and rather pleasant.

Dunkel grasiger Hefeantrunk mit frischen Kräuternoten. Dazu kommt, zur Überbrückung der anstehenden Leere, eine Nuance von Zitronenschale. Bedingt hopfig, mild. Der Hopfen verbindet sich mit der Hefe, ein angenehmes und eigenes Aroma entsteht. Dieses bildet von nun an die Aromaspitze und gleitet sanft aber zu schnell aus, kein anderes Aroma vermag sich dagegen zu stellen. Erfrischendes Gebräu, dem noch der letzte Schliff fehlt. 7/9/10/10/8/9
