Draught Fully hazy yellow, no head. Honey, flowers, fresh grass, vegetable frying oil, hops. Bitter on top of a flavour that is just short of honey, but remarkably floral/spicy all the same. Very dry, and a cidery quality. Very fizzy MF, medium bodied at best. Nice, if a tad weird, or, positively put, original.

Draught Thick orange coloured head over fully hazy amber-brown beer. Fine piney nose, some raisins and rosemary. Piney, rosemary again, and a bitter-hoppy spike. Still, no problem with balance. Medium bodied, slick, alcohol. Nice, not overly spiced, restrained for a winterale.

Bottled at European Beer Festival, Copenhagen. Dark brown. Aroma of chcolate and menthol. Sweet and fruity, full bodied with complex flavour of smoke, fruit, phenols and black currant. Not the most subtle of beers, but with the powerful and confusing impact of a wide array of flavours it becomes both ineteresting and enjoyable.
