Bottle 50 cl. Pours a very pale yellow with a slight haze and a small, white head. Lightly sweet, malty nose. Medium body, lowish carbonation, sweet malt, somewhat herbal, vitamin character, slightly yeasty, hardly any bitterness. Inoffensive - but not much of a Pilsner really. 200713

Draught@CPH BF 2011. Pitch black colour with a beigeish brown head. Aroma is liquorice, toffee, caramel, almonds, chocolate and some spices. Flavour is almonds ("bittermandel"), caramel, toffee, liquorice and some mild roasted notes. .Also some slight chocolate and alcohol to it.

Bottled. Ambery brown colour with a small off-white creamy head. Aroma is caramel, muscovado, some burnt sugar and mild spicy notes. Flavour is toffee, caramel, wood and some burnt sugary notes. Balanced and actually nice, even though the burnt sugary notes are a bit strong.
