Bottled. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is sour apples and some slight hoppiness. Flavour is caramel hop and kind of sugary. Some slight hints of berries and other fruits too. Pleasant one, but the name as Blonde is confusing.

Bottled. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is US hops and some slight honeyish notes. Flavour is honey and flowery hops. The hops in flavour is more European like IPA. Not much of an aftertaste in this one, as it cuts fast in finish.

Bottled. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruits, hops, caramel and something salamilike, as Tranquillity puts it. Flavour is quite the same, with an exception of the salami. It’s a quite watery beer. Aftertaste is sweet malts along with flowery hoppiness.

Bottled.
Nut brown, steady off-white head. Yeasty, malty nose. Yeasty, porridge-like, herbs and candy sugar there. Feels like this is brewed with some kind of traditional recipe.

Clear amber with white head. Malts - roasted & caramel. Sweet spicy flavor - malts. Medium body. Some fruityness. Pleasant slight bitter finish. Typical Brøckhouse, not bad - not really good. But overall enjoyable and drinkable.

50 cL bottle. Pours maghoni brown with huge brown and creamy head. Aroma is malt and elements of caramel. Taste has malt and caramel followed by a dry bitterness that lasts quite a while. Good and simple.

50 cL bottle, 3 L bottle and tap several times since the first release. Pours red/brown with light brown head. Aroma is strong, clear alcohol notes, berries, spice, roasted malt and liquorice. Taste has all the same elements in wineous blend, but notes just explode into a firework of taste - fantastic but perhaps slightly too strong and overwhelming.

50 cL bottle. Pours deep brown/black with creamy shout lasting head. Clear roasted malt aroma. Taste is a nice balance between roasted malt and bitterness, short aftertaste - a very easy to drink porter without any edges (sadly)

Bottled. A clear, brown beer with a beige head. Caramel, spices and hops in the aroma, which is a bit weak. The flavor has caramel-sweetness, some spicyness and hops, and frutiy notes. Some warming alcohol as well, surprisingly. Medium body. Quite sweetish and slightly bitter finish. A decent beer, but I would like the alcohol to be less evident. (061028)
