Bottled. A clear, golden beer with a nice beige head. American hops in the aroma, with pines, resin and citrus. Very hoppy flavor with the expected pine and resin, lasting all the way to the bitter end. Full-bodied beer that felt a bit too much, yet nice. (061229)

Bottled. (vintage 2004) Golden beer with a small off-white head and lots of microfloaties. Malt, beef-stock, hops and some alcohol in the aroma. The flavor has alcohol, sweetness and a little spicy touch. A full-bodied beer that is nice, but maybe a bit one-dimentional. (061229)

Bottled. Dark ruby red colour, beige mediumsized head. Aroma is dark dry fruits, caramel and slightly roasted notes. Flavour is berries, malts and slightly metallic and yeasty. Pleasant otherwise but the carbonation is a bit too biting.

Bottled. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is sour apples and some slight hoppiness. Flavour is caramel hop and kind of sugary. Some slight hints of berries and other fruits too. Pleasant one, but the name as Blonde is confusing.
