Clear golden with a creamy head. Grainy, metal, dry hops. Dry hoppy bitterness, some grainy sweetness. Medium bodied, oily watery texture, lively carbonated, dry hoppy bitter grainy finish. A solid North German Pilsner, nice bitterness, clean.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo tostato. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono anche la forma della frizzantezza, con carbonazione persistente ed insistita. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, pane, cracker, frutta secca, erbaceo e agrumi.

Il liquido è di aspetto trasparente. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono anche la forma del perlage, con carbonazione persistente. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è poco presente. La forza gustativa è appena percepibile e la permanenza è corta. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca non arriva nessun aroma su cui riferire.

L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di caramello, frutta secca, erbaceo e agrumi.
