Our brewery, of Austrian construction, allows to apply old and complex manufacturing processes, little used today, but at the base of current brewing techniques.

Bottle @ home. Opaque dark brown to black color, medium to full sized beige head. Smell and taste malts, a hint of liquorice, some herbs or spices, cardamom maybe? A bit herbal sweet, light to moderately bitter. Decent body, decent to medium carbonation. Not bad.

Bottle [thanks Ans!] @ home. Weird "coca-cola" appearance, quickly almost instantly diminishing fizzy beige head. What remains is a somewhat amber-brown colored headless beverage. So basically coca cola. Aroma is malts, iron, metallic and some light herbal influence. Taste malts, again a bit iron, slightly raisins, caramel, toffee, a distant hint of dark fruits in the background. Overall somewhat sweet like thick forest fruit jam/marmalade, with a moderately bitter touch in the finish. Body is average, texture is relatively thin, carbonation is medium. Drinkable, yet I wouldn't order a second one.

bottle, Hyperboissons Dijon-Chênove. Hazy goldn, with a white head. Malty with a fruity touch and some aromatic hops, adding a citrusy-resiny touch.

Bottle picked in France in June 2013 whilst on holiday. Consumed at home Sunday 1st September 2013 Gold in colour with a white head, looks pretty good. Sweet malts waft from the nose, the flavour which with green lentils in I was rather dreading was actually ok with no sign (to me) of lentils anywhere. However I did find this beer to be far too sweet with just a maltiness to show, almost creamy with a little vanilla. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov11 3.0
